Verification of your assets
- Last two months statements for all bank, IRA, 401(k) and mutual fund accounts of all borrowers (all pages of each statement)
- List of savings bonds, stocks or investments and their approximate market values
Information about the purchase
- Copy of Deposit Receipt Offer and Acceptance (DROA)
Your debts
- Current mortgage notes on property to be refinanced
- Current statement for any debts that will be paid off by escrow (showing full account number and payment mailing address)
